Services and Fees
I recognize that effective massage therapy is a combination of treatment of specific soft tissue injuries and relaxation. In addition to offering a full body wellness massage, all area-specific treatments include techniques to calm your nervous system so that you leave the clinic feeling refreshed and relaxed. Treatment techniques may include: - Myofascial/connective tissue work
- Neuromuscular therapy
- Swedish massage
- Joint play
- Facilitated stretching and yoga therapy
- Relaxation techniques such as breathing instruction and guided visualization
